The Great Vitan Triad

Order. Truth. Love. Three short words, and an invitation to examine how a conscious being can live wisely, honestly and kindly.

Order is the structure that makes cooperation and flourishing possible. Truth asks us to keep faith with reality, especially when it challenges what we already believe. Love reminds us that other lives matter. In Vitalogy, each principle is meant to be guided by the other two.

Order without Love risks becoming control. Truth without care can be delivered cruelly. Love without Truth can lose its way. The three together offer a way to ask better questions about life.

New to Vitalogy? Start with the linguistic analysis and the school-age explanation, then try the twenty daily acts. The later essays explore the larger philosophical and fictional universe.
