Stories Aboard the Ark
There’s a great deal happening aboard this ship—and some of it is magnificently ridiculous.

Here you can explore the fictional Vitaverse in any order. Begin with four musicians being foolish together, discover how the band first became a family, or venture into the Star Concord’s larger adventures. Every story has its own reading page; this gateway is the map.
The Holosimulator Chronicles — Kenji and Lt. Takashi
Return to the earliest fun from HMS Archivum’s virtual immersion experiments. Lt. Rinzen Takashi faces an impossibly noisy Tokyo with six hours of meditation. Lt. Commander Kenji, the Ark’s Shiba Inu morale officer, visits simulated Vancouver and breaks the whole system in seventeen minutes by being too loving. Two restored narrative retellings from the April 2025 Vitalogue, with the archival status clearly explained.

Holo-Hockey: The Captain’s C
Paddy’s hockey ambitions collide with leadership, equipment and a dangerously competitive spirit.
The Glee Club Trilogy
Chorus discovers that an enthusiastic director cannot turn friends into props.

The Student Council Trilogy
Maddie campaigns for equality, discovers politics, and learns that winning a vote isn’t everything.
The Eighteens
A SPARK RPG adventure leaves the band debating heroism, friendship and what their character scores really mean.
The Life Force Trilogy
Paddy builds a machine to let everybody experience another person’s role. Naturally, things become complicated.
The Jobs Trilogy
The crew meets the people whose everyday work keeps a whole civilization alive.

Game Night Trilogy
Romeo declares a night off from SPARK RPG. His friends immediately find other ways to make a tremendous fuss.
The Open Heart Comedy Club
Before and after their September misadventures, Maddie and Paddy have been trying their hands at stand-up. Visit the Comedy Club to meet our argumentative philosopher and magnificently rambling drummer, discover the history of our Suno comedy experiments and learn where their original audio routines will appear in future.
September’s sillier moments
September’s silly side, in pictures. Use the arrows to browse the crew’s less dignified moments.
Between rescues, rehearsals and heroic decisions, the crew also found time for gloriously unnecessary foolishness. A few favourite illustrations from the September collection:

Where did the band come from?

The Origin Stories follow Romeo, Chorus, Maddie and Paddy as they escape the roles other people chose for them, discover music, and become a band. You can also meet the musicians and learn how their songs carry into the wider world.
The larger Vitaverse
Beyond the apartment and rehearsal room are extraordinary places and formidable adversaries. Tour HMS Archivum, meet the Star Concord, and discover the Dempire, whose villains offer serious challenges for both stories and SPARK RPG.
